You can upload files through Shareyougo with or without creating an account. Creating an account gives you access to additional features, including an inbox for managing transfers, upload portals, and transfer history.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Service

Shareyougo allows you to upload, send, and receive files either:

• without logging in, via public or shared upload links; or
• from within a logged-in account, in a controlled environment with additional features.

Free accounts include time and size limits on transfers and certain feature restrictions. Paid plans may offer increased limits, extended availability, and advanced controls. Details of each plan, including pricing and limits, are described separately on the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data;
• disrupting or overloading the infrastructure of the Service;
• using the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any files, data, text, images, or other material you upload, store, or share through the Service. You retain all rights to your User Content. Shareyougo does not claim ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or sharing User Content through the Service, you grant Shareyougo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share it.

6. Storage, Limits, and Availability

Transfers may be subject to time-limited availability (such as automatic expiry after a defined period) and file size limits. Limits may vary depending on whether you use the free tier or a paid plan. Details of current limits are provided within the Service or on the pricing page.

Shareyougo does not guarantee that your files will be stored indefinitely. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

7. Paid Plans and Billing

Some features of the Service are available only on paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Shareyougo reserves the right to change pricing, plan features, and limits, provided that any changes will be communicated in advance where legally required.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, user interface, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Shareyougo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may stop using the Service at any time. Shareyougo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including your account, if you violate these Terms, use the Service in a way that creates legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your access to certain or all features may cease, and your User Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Shareyougo does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data you store or transfer will be free from loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shareyougo and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Shareyougo's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

Shareyougo may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
