Getting Started

Creating your first transfer on Shareyougo takes just a few seconds. Follow the steps below to send your first file.

1. Select your files

Click the upload area on the homepage or drag and drop your files directly. You can upload multiple files at once, or even entire folders.

2. Choose how to share

You can send files directly via email to one or more recipients, or create a shareable link that you copy and send yourself.

3. Optional: Add a name and note

Give your transfer a name to make it easier to identify later, and optionally add a note that will be visible to your recipients on the download page.

4. Upload and share

Click the Upload button. Your files are uploaded and your transfer is created instantly. Copy the link or wait for the email notification to be delivered.

Tip: You do not need an account to create a transfer. Registered users get higher file size limits and access to advanced features like password protection, download statistics, and more.

Sharing a video? Turn it into a link

If you are sending a video file, Shareyougo streams it back to your recipient in the browser instead of forcing a full download. Read more about turning a video into a link here.
