Personal @nickname URL
Every registered user can claim a unique nickname and get a personal URL in the format website.com/@yournickname. Share it once — anyone who visits it can instantly send files directly to your inbox.
How it works
Your personal link (e.g. https://shareyougo.com/@yournickname) is a public upload page tied to your account. Visitors see a clean upload form — no login required on their side.
Every file sent through your personal link lands in your inbox as a new transfer, ready to download.
Setting your nickname
Go to Account and fill in the Nickname field. Your link is generated immediately after saving.
- 4–32 characters: letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens.
- Nicknames are unique — if yours is taken, choose a different one.
- You can change your nickname a limited number of times depending on your plan.
Receiving files
When someone uploads through your personal link, you receive a notification (if email notifications are enabled) and the transfer appears in your inbox.
Tip:
Put your personal link in your email signature, social media bio, or website — it is the easiest way for anyone to send you files without needing your email address.
