Frequently asked questions
Do my transfers expire?
No. Unlike similar file transfer services, we don't delete your transfers after a few days. With an account - free or paid - they stay available until you delete them yourself. Only files sent without an account are deleted, after 10 days, and that window is extended while people are still downloading them.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments, processed by Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you keep access to everything you paid for until the end of the paid period.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is generated automatically after every payment.
